The polyurethane foam we pull out is shredded, bonded and remanufactured into rebond carpet pad — the same padding under floors in new homes and offices.

Massachusetts law: mattresses are banned from the landfill
Since November 1, 2022, mattresses and box springs are on the Massachusetts waste disposal ban list under MassDEP's regulations at 310 CMR 19.017. That means they may not be thrown in the trash, landfilled, or sent to a combustion facility anywhere in the Commonwealth — they have to be diverted for recycling.

- • Haulers and transfer stations can be fined for banned material in a load.
- • Curbside trash crews can refuse and leave the mattress behind.
- • Connecticut and Rhode Island run mattress recycling programs too.

Payments & refunds
When am I charged?
Your card is charged right away when you book — that locks in your window and confirms the job. You get a payment receipt and booking code by email immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your window for a full automatic refund back to your card in 3–5 business days. Inside 24 hours we keep a 25% late-cancellation fee and refund the rest.
What if my crew can't reach the mattress?
If the service isn't completed, you get 100% of your money back — no trip fee, no paperwork, no phone tag. Request it from your account and the full amount goes back to the card you paid with in 3–5 business days.
Do you really run at 3am?
Booking is always open, and overnight windows are available in most service areas.
